The Tables
The main ladybug table was all red and black. Fortunately, I have a huge stockpile of black placemats. You’ll see where I had to mix and match napkins, plates, and appetizer plates.
I absolutely adore those black and white check teacups. I found them at a Goodwill store. There were only three of them. I’ve been hunting for more ever since.
Aren’t those big ladybug gnomies cute? They came from the Home Goods store. All the smaller ladybugs were from Hobby Lobby. The ladybug chocolate candy on the table, I ordered online on Amazon.
As you can see on the black and white table, my black tablecloth is too short. I need to get a larger size. For now, I just doubled up to add more color.
The flowers in the middle of the tables are a combination of pics I found at Michael’s and Dollar Tree flowers. Then I stuck on a pack of ladybugs with peel off stickers to the petals.

For the chandelier, I bought a party pack of ladybug decorations on Amazon and combined it with the springy ladybugs I found at my local Bargain Market grocery.
There were more than enough to cover both chandeliers and still have some leftover for the stairs.
I noticed on the ladybug pics that daisies were a common theme with ladybugs so I incorporated daisies into the food and decor. Luckily for me, I have about a million wild daisies growing on the property at this time of year.

The Room

As you can see in our guest photo to the right, we had a full house for this one. I couldn’t even fit everyone in the picture!
Since it’s not a major holiday, I didn’t do too much in the way of decorating. I did, however, happen to find a cute ladybug shirt, made ladybug aprons and bows, and managed to do enough of the stairs to get by. The ribbon for the bows came from Amazon and Hobby Lobby. The ladybug wreath and outdoor stakes were also from Hobby Lobby.
